Shipping

We ship Australia wide. Your order can take from 3-7 business days to be delivered from day you recieve notification that your order has been shipped. Shipping rate as of September 2022 is $9.40 flat rate.

Free local pick up is also available in Perth WA.

Returns

We accept returns should your item be damaged or if incorrect purchase was made and you would like to exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange or refund. Please contact us at heather@creativerhinestones.com.au with details of defective or damaged or missing item.

Refunds

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. When approved it can take 3-7 business days before it will show up in your bank or credit card account.
